 SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

CUSTOM ORDERS will be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING with a $50.00 or more sale in the USA and a discount in all the world's remaining areas unless we are having a FREE SHIPPING promotion.

SHIPMENT METHOD

In most cases, we will be using United States Postal Service / USPS or UPS. 

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

Is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.  Please e-mail us at sales@JillianVanSice.com to let us know your overnight request and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, we will notify you by email or phone of the delay time.
